Welcome to MoneyTree, a personal finance tracking app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using MoneyTree, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use MoneyTree. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide — including your name, date of birth, email, and country — is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. MoneyTree secures sign-in with a password and optional trusted-device login. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You may reset your password by contacting the app administrator.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use MoneyTree only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the Service, access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app, or use it to store unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your Data and Content
The transactions, categories, and notes you enter belong to you. You grant us permission to store and process this information solely to provide the Service to you. You can edit or delete your entries at any time, and deleting your account removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
No Financial Advice
MoneyTree is a tool for recording and visualizing your own financial information. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any totals, charts, or summaries are for your personal reference only. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
Availability
We work to keep MoneyTree available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You are encouraged to keep your own records of important information.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyTree will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or financial loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continued use of MoneyTree after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the in-app "Report a Bug" or "Request a Feature" options, or to the app administrator.
